Dum biryani recipe😍
Biryani is love💫
Chicken biryani is made using chicken cooked in various spices and than mixed with boiled rice
Methods
Soak half kilo basmati rice in water for one hour
In a pan hear oil - 4 tablespoons
To this oil add sliced onion - 2 medium size and fry till golden brown
Add 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
And saute it till Raw smell disappears
Add boneless chicken pieces - 1/2 kilo and add salt 1 teaspoon, saute for 2 minutes
Add red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Add biryani masala powder - 1 teaspoon
And turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Mix n saute it for 1 minute
Add sliced tomatoes - 1 medium size and cook till it turns smooth
Add yogurt - 3 tablespoons
And 3 finally chopped fresh chilli's
And saute it for 1 minute
Mix it well
And cook till chicken turns tender
In a bowl bring water to boil
Add water - 4 liter
To it add salt - 1 tablespoon
Clarified butter - 2 tablespoon
When water boils add sacked rice and cook till 80 % done
Drain water after rice is cooked
In another pan add 1 tablespoons clarified butter and a layer of rice than place another layer if chicken in the same way add layers n garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves and add some fryid Onions and food colour and at last poor 2 table spoon if clarified butter on it.
Now place an old tawa on stove and on it place biryani vessel and heate for 5 minutes under high flame than redure the flame and cook for 20 minutes this is called dum
After 20 minutes open lid and our biryani is ready
Server hot with raita and baingan ki chutney....
